1. Using CirclEd

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Service legally and responsibly

We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the platform or violate these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity under your account

By posting content, you confirm that:

• It does not infringe others' rights

You retain ownership of your content, but you give us a licence to display and use it within the Service as needed to operate the platform.

Private messaging is allowed between users.
You agree not to use messaging for harassment, advertising spam, or unlawful activity.

We may review messages only if required for safety, legal reasons, or Terms violations.

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment or a subscription processed via Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Charges will be made to your chosen payment method
• You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription
• No refunds will be issued unless required by law

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Use the platform for commercial advertising without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The CirclEd name, logo, design, and app content are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Availability & Changes

We try to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Change these Terms
• Discontinue parts of the Service

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• User behaviour or content
• Third-party service issues (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers)
